Sergeant Charles W. Oliphant Jr.
Charlie Oliphant of Largo, Florida passed away July 3, 2008 at the age of 81. He served in the Navy in WWII. He retired from the Woodbridge Police Dept. in 1963 after serving thirteen years with the Department.
