Chief Joseph F. McLaughlin 11/18/04
Brother Joseph McLaughlin, a U.S.M.C. WWII Purple Heart recipient, joined the Woodbridge Police in 1947. He was Chief from 1971 until his retirement in 1974. Along with being a Life member of our Local he was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Disabled American Veterans, American Legion, and Retired Chiefs of Police.
