2008 Season Registration

Registration will be held for all boys and girls ages 5-16 on the following dates at

Woodbridge Police Headquarters, 1 Main St, Woodbridge:

Wednesday April 23, 2008	6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturday April 26, 2008	9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Wednesday April 30, 2008	6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturday May 3, 2008	9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Monday May 5, 2008	6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Registration fee is $70.00 for the first child and $50.00 for each additional family member, $150.00 family maximum.
A copy of the Child's birth certificate MUST be brought to the registration.

Child should be present at the registration for uniform sizing
